The breakfast options were top-notch, especially the plant-based sandwich. the spacious room was a pleasant surprise in NYC. the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to public transport and walking distance to Columbia Business School. the vibrant W XYZ Bar and 24/7 gym were great amenities. We loved exploring the nearby attractions like Central Park and Times Square. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of Harlem!
